Today marks the one year anniversary of my memoirs, “WHEN I WAS YOUR AGE…” And from the most genuine part of my heart I write these pages about my life as a twenty-something in our generation.
This thank you comes from a grateful and humbled writer. Thank you for reading and responding with such inspiration for me to pick up the macbook and say, “okay… I guess I can write some more.” Thank you for inspiring me, in hopes that I may someday return the favor. For encouraging me to keep going. Even when it hurts. Even when it feels too true to write out loud.
To the 5,000+ amazing readers of this memoir, thank you for allowing me to get out my life experiences on a weekly basis. It will always be my passion to write truth towards my generation. I appreciate you allowing me to bring my dream into your lives and for allowing me to use my voice in a such a way.
Here’s to many more “insecure but still bold enough to push the send button” moments. I hope make a lifetime out of writing for myself and all you fine people… if you’ll have me.
Let’s grow old together.
Love,
-Jason
